Not only am I a photographer, but also a stay at home mom to the sweetest 3 year old boy around. He has oodles of energy and I’m always thinking of random objects around me as potential craft projects, or toys in the making. Chopsticks become drum sticks, boxes turn into spaceships, and so on. On the occasions that I photograph indoors, I have a variety of vinyl backdrops as well as rolls of seamless paper. Not being one who likes to be wasteful, I save used paper and they turn into many art opportunities.
This morning he put on some old clothes and went to town with paint. I’m sharing few pictures of my artist below. His “canvas” is some grey backdrop paper I used in a newborn shoot last week. He also took a bubble blowing break in between. ♥
